At Dance Alley, we have created a dance program specially designed for adults! Our signature pole dancing classes for women are designed to build self-confidence, self-esteem and body image! These classes keep you feeling young and empower you while having fun! You'll learn moves from pilates, yoga, belly dancing and of course, the art of exotic dance...not to mention a cardio workout that tones your muscles. You will work muscles you never knew you had and learn to feel sexy in a fun and safe enviroment!

We also offer a few adult dance classes, whether you have never danced before or just want to continue your training and love for dance. All levels are welcome!

In order to reserve your spot in a class, please have a credit card or the 8-digit barcode number for groupons ready when reserving your class.
