We have created an invigorating class for women to build self-confidence, self-esteem and body image! Our Fitness Pole Dancing classes keep you feeling young and empower you while having fun! You'll learn moves from pilates, yoga, belly dancing and of course, the art of exotic dance...not to mention a cardio workout that tones your muscles. You will work muscles you never knew you had and learn to feel sexy in a fun and safe enviroment!

NEW STUDENTS: If you do not start a "beginner" class with a new session, then you must take an "Intro to Pole" class before joining a class in progress.

Unlimited Pole Package: $240 (8 weeks of unlimited classes for pole dance only)

Monthly Combo: $130/month (1 pole class & 1 exotic class each week for a month)

Combo Package: $240 (1 pole class & 1 exotic class each week for 8 weeks)

Suggested Attire - Shorts, Sports Bra and Tank Top. Layers may be worn during the warmup.

     
     
     

Things to Know
 
  • DO NOT WEAR BODY LOTION, rings or bracelets! (this will damage the poles)
  • You may start wearing stilettos after the 3rd or 4th week. (optional)
  • Spectators are NOT allowed! Classes are closed to the public.
  • To avoid injury to users, the manufacturer has placed a 200 lb weight limit on all poles. In order to insure your safety, all pole students must disclose their weight and keep Dance Alley updated as to any significant changes.
  • Makeup Policy: 24 hour notice required. May take another class time if available. Credits and/or Makeup classes will not transfer over semesters. Credits must be used within the same semester purchased!
  • You may get bruises on your ankles and knees during your first few weeks of class.
